The Swung course
Nine chapters that teach how music is put together, one idea at a time: beat, groove, bass, harmony, melody, voice, form, sound and style. Each chapter adds named patterns to your crate as cards and ends with a project that uses them. Unit 1 is free.

How a chapter works
How it works lessons teach one idea each, in plain words first and the term second, with something to play in every lesson.
New pattern lessons introduce a named pattern: meet it, build it on the grid, pick it out by ear, and keep it as a card.
A listening round plays clips you haven’t heard and asks you to tag the cards in them.
A project closes the chapter: you build something with the cards you own, against a short checklist.
